TTS Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage shipments and documentation. The role requires coordination with clients, lines, airlines, and trucks to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.

The candidate should have at least 3 years in freight forwarding or logistics, proficiency in logistics software and MS Office, and a strong understanding of shipping procedures and international trade regulations.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and trucking companies to arrange transportation.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients on their status.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
