• Confirm cargo readiness dates and container quantities for shipment.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for timely cargo prep.
• Verify cargo dimensions and select pallet sizes for efficient transport.
• Ensure packaging meets safety standards for shipping.
• Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, shipping marks, and insurance docs.
• Ensure documents meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and freight forwarders for pickup/delivery.
• Maintain contact with forwarders to ensure timely shipping.
• Address delays and keep customers informed, resolving issues to minimize disruptions.
• Compare rates from forwarders to achieve cost-effective shipping.
