Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Shipping Clerk to verify part numbers and serials on cartons, generate shipping documents, and coordinate pickups with multiple freight carriers. The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

You will work in a standard office environment, supporting QA and logistics processes, with exposure to ISO 9001 and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic mathematic skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Logistics Systems.

Responsibilities

• Verifies part numbers/serials on cartons against Delivery Note and notifies 3PL team of discrepancies.
• Generates Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice and other shipping documents; performs Post Goods Issue after cargo collection.
• Coordinates pickups and tracks shipments with various freight carriers.
