Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent Warehouse & Logistics Assistant in Johor to coordinate with warehouse staff and ensure smooth daily operations, including inbound and outbound stock, order processing, and inventory upkeep.

You will handle administration such as delivery notes and shipping records, support stocktaking, communicate with customers to ensure accuracy of shipments, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse under supervision.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least SPM or higher.
• 1–2 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics; building materials preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Handle warehouse administration tasks such as issuing delivery orders, shipping records, and stock enquiries.
• Support stocktaking preparations and execution.
• Manage daily warehouse activities including incoming and outgoing stock.
• Plan and maintain inventory and storage areas.
• Communicate with customers to ensure shipment and inventory accuracy.
