Job summary

Hua Hang Shipping & Trading (M) Sdn Bhd in Klang, Malaysia, is seeking a proactive operations coordinator to manage crew changes and port support for incoming vessels.

You will coordinate transport, immigration and bunkering, liaise with port authorities and vessel crew, and be prepared for flexible hours including late night arrivals. Fluent Malay and English are required; Mandarin is an advantage, and you will receive training where needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Malay and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including midnight/early morning when vessels arrive.
• Shipping/port experience is an advantage; training will be provided.
