Kopi Kenangan is hiring a Shift Supervisor at our Malaysia outlets. You will lead and coach Baristas to ensure beverage quality and SOP adherence, while maintaining a clean, organized store and delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in F&B shift supervision, with experience in crew scheduling and inventory. Flexible hours, attendance, and potential for certification training are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as Shift Supervisor in F&B, preferably coffee outlets.
• Training will be provided with certification at Kenangan Academy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Barista to ensure SOP adherence, highest quality, and operational excellence.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked for each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest needs.
• Monitor inventory and equipment-related matters.

Kenangan Coffee is a brand under Kenangan who owns Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia. We are the first F&B unicorn in SEA. Since we launched our first coffee retail outlet in KLCC Malaysia in Oct 2022; we have since grown to retail outlets and we are still expanding. We are therefore looking for Shift Supervisor to deliver the best quality of our beverages and give excellent service to the customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• At least 2 years experience as Shift Supervisor in F&B sector, preferably Coffee Outlet. Training will be provided with Certification at our Kenangan Academy.
• Prior experience in handling crew scheduling, inventory management; as well as understanding of sales and financial report.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or public holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication skill & customer service oriented.

Job Role :

• Lead and coach Barista in beverage making and ensure team align with SOP to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards and operational excellence.
• Ensure the store is clean, presentable, organized and well-stocked, ready for smooth and efficient operations at each shift.
• Provide good customer service to customer.
• Ensure and check inventory & equipment's related matters.
