Kopi Kenangan Malaysia is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead baristas, ensure SOP adherence, and deliver high-quality beverages while maintaining operational excellence during each shift.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in F&B shift supervision, experience with crew scheduling and inventory, and strong customer service skills; a Kenangan Academy certification is available. Flexible hours across mornings, evenings, and weekends expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Shift Supervisor in F&B, preferably coffee.
• Experience in crew scheduling and inventory management.
• Willing to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach baristas to meet SOPs and quality standards.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked for each shift.
• Provide good customer service to customers.
• Monitor inventory and equipment-related matters.
• Support sales and financial reporting as part of daily operations.
• Participate in training and certification through Kenangan Academy.

Kenangan Coffee is a brand under Kenangan who owns Kopi Kenangan in Indonesia. We are the first F&B unicorn in SEA. Since we launched our first coffee retail outlet in KLCC Malaysia in Oct 2022; we have since grown to retail outlets and we are still expanding. We are therefore looking for Shift Supervisor to deliver the best quality of our beverages and give excellent service to the customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• At least 2 years experience as Shift Supervisor in F&B sector, preferably Coffee Outlet. Training will be provided with Certification at our Kenangan Academy.
• Prior experience in handling crew scheduling, inventory management; as well as understanding of sales and financial report.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or public holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent communication skill & customer service oriented.

Job Role :

• Lead and coach Barista in beverage making and ensure team align with SOP to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards and operational excellence.
• Ensure the store is clean, presentable, organized and well-stocked, ready for smooth and efficient operations at each shift.
• Provide good customer service to customer.
• Ensure and check inventory & equipment's related matters.
