Job summary

Visco Technology Sdn. Bhd. is a foreign-owned company in Malaysia producing bio-medical and optical products, including lenses.

With this expansion, the company will establish new production lines and an R&D facility to support main research activities in Taiwan. A total of 147 additional positions are offered to those with a science and technical background. These lenses will be used to correct farsightedness and astigmatism, and also as an alternative to laser surgery.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
• Able to work shift (day & night) rotation
• Posses own transport and accommodation

Responsibilities

• To follow up on production daily operation
• To instruct and audit technicians / operators’ operation duty
• To arrange and provide technical training program to technician and operator
• Lead shift productivity, ensure output and discipline on production floor
• Coordinate interdepartmental task force and deliver management messages
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental health and safety legislation
• Overview daily operation schedule with planner
• Ensure material is sufficient to scheduled production
