Job summary

Fraser & Neave (F&N) seeks a Shift Production Executive (contract) for the UHT Plant to coordinate a team of technicians and operators, ensuring machinery and processes align with production plans and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes maintaining FSMS in line with ISO 22000/HACCP, overseeing audits, and driving KPIs such as output, efficiency and yield. It also covers staff training and handovers between shifts to maximise productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• FSMS compliance to ISO 22000, HACCP and related regulations.
• KPI tracking for output, efficiency and yield with corrective actions.
• Training, safety and continuous improvement leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead technicians and operators to meet production goals.
• Set up and maintain machinery with autonomous and preventive systems.
• Ensure production aligns with standards and quality per plan.
• Maintain FSMS and regulatory compliance.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and improve OEE.
• Lead training, safety and development of staff.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Carry out other duties as required.
