Job summary

Fraser & Neave (F&N) seeks a maintenance technician to ensure daily production targets are met with quality and efficient material usage. You will inspect, repair and overhaul mechanical systems and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime in a beverages manufacturing environment.

You will apply GMP/HACCP knowledge, perform root cause analysis for operational issues and maintain equipment to keep the line in good condition, supporting cost efficiency initiatives and safe working

Qualifications

Must understand GMP, HACCP and weekly sanitation in beverages manufacturing.
Able to perform root cause analysis and propose fixes.
Maintain equipment and ensure production targets quality and quantity.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Identify unsafe acts/conditions to maintain zero accidents.
Ensure proper handling and preparation of machines.

Responsibilities

Meet daily production targets with standard quality and material usage.
Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul mechanical systems.
Implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
Demonstrate understanding of technique, procedures and parameters.
Perform quality control inspections as per quality plan.
Maintain all plant equipment to keep the line in good condition.
Support operation by cost efficiency or cost reduction initiatives for syrup yield and material usage.
Maintain GMP, HACCP knowledge and weekly sanitation in beverages manufacturing.
