Job summary

AFN Sports Equipment Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and supervise production operations across assigned shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output.

AFN Sports Equipment Sdn Bhd is one of the leading manufacturers in the sports equipment industry. We are here to produce high-quality aluminium athletic products and accessories for the global market, now under brand new management after the May 2023 acquisition by a German owned company and expansion worldwide.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills: data entry, emails.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and meet output targets.
• Allocate manpower and resources to maintain workflow.
• Monitor product quality and compliance with standards.
• Lead, motivate, and guide production operators.
• Handle attendance and coordination with HR.
