Linktel Technologies SDN.BHD. is seeking a Production Line Leader to oversee a production line, ensuring workers are ready and in position, and that pack-out components flow smoothly. The role includes checking labels, adhering to job requirements, and maintaining production cadence.

You will train new staff, motivate the team to hit deadlines, uphold safety standards, and document each lot. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive quality and efficiency across the line.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the assigned production line to ensure operatives are in position and prepared for duty.
• Monitor components used for pack-out and replenish to maintain steady production flow; verify labels and job requirements are met.
• Inspect pack-out for quality; complete paperwork/documentation for each lot.
• Track production progress and motivate the team to meet deadlines and goals.
• Train new workers on their stations; assist when needed; enforce safety policies and regulations.

Responsible for smooth operation of their assigned production line. Ensuring all workers are in position and prepared for duty.

Monitor the individual components used for pack-out and replenish as needed to ensure steady flow of production. Verify that proper labels and any requirements for the particular job are being adhered to.

Inspect pack-out to ensure quality standards. Complete paperwork/documentation regarding each lot.

Monitor production progress and track it. Motivate team members to meet production deadlines and goals.

Train new workers on their station in the assembly line. Assist workers when necessary. Ensure all members of the team follow company policies and safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance.
