Qualifications

• Degree in manufacturing/Engineering field or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidate from medical device industry will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operators on day-to-day operation to achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
• Ensure that production build plans are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.
• Train the operators in production to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
• Compile and monitor production rejection, waste, downtime and yield.
• Handle customer complaints, NCRs, CAPAs and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:
