Job summary

ExxonMobil in Malaysia offers an internship opportunity for Chemical Engineering undergraduates in Kuala Lumpur. Placements are available in processes engineering, application engineering, process control and model performance analytics, subject to business needs.

The role is based in Kuala Lumpur and provides hands-on experience in a global energy company. From day one you’ll work on real projects, receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, and gain exposure to the world’s leading

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree (in Engineering field of study) in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• Self-motivated with good demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Strong technical attributes (e.g. attention to details, highly organized and good math/analytical skills)

ExxonMobil in Malaysia

In Malaysia, we host a global business and technology center in Kuala Lumpur that provides high-level information technology and engineering expertise to ExxonMobil’s Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses worldwide. In the upstream, we have interests in two Production Sharing Contracts with PETRONAS, while in the Product Solutions business, we supply a portfolio of specialty chemical products to the marketplace.
