Job summary

CS Yap Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Jig & Fixture Engineer in Malaysia who will design, develop, and validate jigs and fixtures to support welding, fabrication, and assembly. You will ensure fixtures improve accuracy, repeatability, safety, and efficiency while aligning with product design and manufacturing capabilities.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong communication in English, Malay, and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of related working experience preferred.
• Good communication in English, Malay, and Chinese (spoken and written).
• Malaysian Citizen only.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support welding, fabrication, and assembly processes.
• Collaborate with Welding, Fabrication, and Production teams to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient manufacturing solutions.
