Job summary

C MAX MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD. in Penang is seeking a hands-on operator for sheet metal bending. You will follow work instructions, ensure QA and customer specs are met, and support TPM to minimize downtime.

You will ensure machine run time and output meet targets, maintain 5S housekeeping, and uphold personal safety standards at all times. A minimum of 1 year in sheet metal bending is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in sheet metal bending.
• Follow work instructions and supervisor guidance.
• Support TPM program to reduce machine downtime.
• Ensure machine run time and output meet supervisor targets.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and personal safety.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability to perform the daily routine job based upon the given work instruction or instruction from their direct supervisor.
• Responsible to perform the manufacturing job base upon the internal QA checksheet and external customer specification requirements.
• Support TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) program and work towards reduce machine down time.
• Take full accountability to assure the machine run time and product output meet the target given by the supervisor.
• Take full accountability to assure the work place meet the 5's housekeeping standard.
• Responsible for personal safety and safe conduct as not to endanger other or company properties.
