Job summary

HICOM Diecastings Sdn Bhd invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager Safety Health - Environment. The role focuses on enforcing DOSH and ISO standards to ensure a safe workplace for all staff and visitors.

The incumbent will lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training while coordinating with government bodies. You will drive compliance, promote health and safety awareness, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in OSH or Environmental or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in SHE field in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and DOSH/ISO standards.
• Plan, investigate and report incidents and near misses; conduct risk assessments.
• Coordinate safety training including first aid, CPR and inspections.
• Investigate hazardous conditions and improve safety measures.
• Liaise with government bodies on safety & health matters.
