StarHub Ltd. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong DevOps experience to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions within its enterprise ecosystem.

The role blends hands-on development with CI/CD, release management, and production support, including participation in an on-call rotation. You will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, build custom applications, and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce development (3–6+ years).
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flow Automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong DevOps experience to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions within StarHub’s enterprise ecosystem. This role combines hands‑on development with CI/CD, release management, and production support, including participation in an on‑call rotation.

K y Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Build custom applications using:
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems
• Customize objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and security models

DevOps & Release Management

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket)
• Handle version control, branching strategies, and code reviews
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and release governance
• Monitor deployments and troubleshoot release issues

Production Support & On‑Call

• Participate in on‑call rotation
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Work closely with business and support teams during incident management
• Maintain system stability and uptime

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work with product owners, architects, and business teams to gather requirements
• Provide technical guidance and solution design
• Document technical solutions and processes

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce development (3–6+ years)
• Proficiency in:
• Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flow Automation
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms)
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and data models

DevOps & Support

• Experience in release management and environment strategy
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience handling production incidents

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, DevOps, Administrator)
• Experience in telecom domain (preferred for StarHub)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
