Job summary

Schneider Electric is offering a Services Sales Intern position in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will assist the Services Sales team with quotations, contract renewals, and maintaining customer records, while learning sales operations and tools.

Under guidance from experienced Sales Representatives, you will support campaigns, reporting, and data entry to help the team focus on customer engagement and business development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Commit to internship of 3 to 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer quotations.
• Track contract renewals and follow-up.
• Maintain sales data, customer records, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and requests.
• Support campaigns, lead management, and admin tasks.
• Monitor quotation status for timely submission.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
• Data entry and ensure accuracy of sales information in internal systems.
• Support sales team with ad hoc tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
