• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Able to commit to an internship period of at least 3 to 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong academic performance and involvement in extracurricular activities will be an added advantage.
• Prior internship, project, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Role Overview

As a Services Sales Intern, you will support the Services Sales team in driving operational excellence and delivering a positive customer experience. You will assist Sales Representatives with administrative and coordination activities, helping to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities include preparing and tracking quotations, supporting contract renewal activities, maintaining customer and sales records, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and assisting with sales campaigns and reporting. By taking on operational tasks, you will help free up Sales Representatives to focus on customer engagement and business development activities.

In this role, you will gain exposure to Schneider Electric's services business, sales processes, and customer support operations. You will learn to use internal systems and tools to support quotation management, data analysis, and sales administration.

You will work under the guidance of experienced Sales Representatives and managers, following established processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
