Job summary

bp is seeking a Senior ServiceNow GRC Developer in Kuala Lumpur to design, build, and support enterprise-scale GRC/IRM solutions. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with risk, compliance, auditors, and product owners to deliver solutions that strengthen governance and regulatory readiness.

You will translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technical workflows, advocate engineering best practices, and guide platform adoption across bp business entities in the region.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM design and delivery.
• ITIL v4/v5 Foundation and CAD certification required.
• CIS certifications and additional ServiceNow certifications desirable.
• Experience with enterprise governance, risk and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and upgrade ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Lead a team of developers and engineers.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, audit, security, and IT teams to deliver capabilities.
