Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate GRC Consultant to deliver consultancy services for GRC solution implementations. You will lead business analysis activities, configure GRC solutions, and support post-implementation changes and testing.

The role involves engaging in risk services projects within PwC Malaysia's Risk Services unit and requires collaboration with clients and internal teams. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, focused group discussions and interviews to understand client processes and methodologies in GRC domains.
• Configure and test GRC solutions (e.g. Archer, ServiceNow, Workiva) and deploy to appropriate environments.
• Prepare user requirements and end-user manuals; coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist in change management plans and develop business development materials.
