• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage courteously, build trust, and handle diverse customer needs.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience promoting financial products, cross-selling, and working toward sales targets.
• Communication skills in English and relevant local languages, with clear verbal and written abilities to explain products and processes.
• Basic financial and administrative skills, including handling documentation, data entry, and accuracy in processing customer applications.
• Proficiency with office software and digital tools, including POS or branch systems, mobile apps, and standard productivity applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Putrajaya, adapt to a fast-paced retail financial environment, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Minimum of a diploma or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Marketing, with banking/consumer finance/insurance experience advantageous.
• Awareness of responsible lending practices and basic understanding of credit products with ethical service.
