Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is recruiting a Sales & Service Executive for the Bukit Indah area in Johor Bahru. This full-time, on-site role focuses on promoting financial and insurance products, guiding customers through applications, and delivering excellent service at the branch.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, verifying information, performing basic credit checks, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent; diploma/degree adds advantage.
• Experience in retail banking, financing, insurance, or customer-facing roles preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; professional in person and by phone.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities, product presentation, and converting inquiries to applications.
• Basic financial literacy; accurate handling of documentation and data entry.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution; escalate when necessary.
• Teamwork and time management; ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy branch.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote AEON Credit’s financial and insurance products at the Bukit Indah branch.
• Provide product information and assist customers with applications and documentation.
• Process transactions and verify customer information; perform basic credit-related checks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines; maintain records.
