Role Description

The Sales & Service Executive (Bukit Indah) is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Baharu. This role is responsible for promoting AEON Credit’s financial and insurance products, providing product information, and assisting customers with applications, documentation, and account servicing at the branch. The individual will handle customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and support sales campaigns to achieve branch targets while maintaining high service standards. Daily tasks include processing transactions, verifying customer information, performing basic credit-related checks as required, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with team members to improve branch performance, and supporting marketing activities within the Bukit Indah area.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers in person and by phone.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation capabilities, including basic product presentation skills and the ability to convert enquiries into successful applications.
• Candidates should possess basic financial literacy and attention to detail, enabling accurate handling of documentation, data entry, and transaction processing.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer issues effectively and **escalate** matters appropriately when necessary.
• Candidates should possess teamwork and time management skills, including the ability to collaborate with colleagues and manage multiple tasks in a busy branch environment.
• Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in retail banking, financing, insurance, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
