Job summary

DHL IT Services in Cyberjaya is offering a Service Quality Analytics & AI Automation Intern position to join our global IT professionals team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, AI or related field.
• CGPA > 3.0 / 2nd Class Upper (Hons) is required.
• Required skills include Data Analytics, Python, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to gather, analyze, and interpret service quality and operational data from various sources.
• Support the development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable business insights.
• Assist in building and enhancing AI-powered solutions, automation workflows, and proof-of-concepts using modern technologies.
• Apply data analysis, data modeling, and analytical techniques to support service management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research emerging AI technologies, Generative AI use cases, and automation opportunities within IT operations.
• Support incident, problem, and service performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Actively share knowledge, ideas, and lessons learned with team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in global projects and collaborate with international teams across DHL IT Services.
