Ascent Family Holding Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated support staff to help maintain cleanliness and manage stock in our Johor Bahru operations. You will assist in food service duties, ensure safe handling practices, and support kitchen workflow during busy periods.

• Keep workstation and serving cutleries clean daily.
• Issue orders to the kitchen promptly.

• Monitor garnishing and replenish stock when low.
• Practice FIFO for garnishing items.
• Keep fridge clean and mi-en-place items fresh.
• Work in a fast-paced, multitask environment.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep work station cleanliness & all serving cutleries daily
• Issuance of orders to kitchen promptly
• Professional knowledge of safe food handling & hygiene rules
• Monitor garnishing and replenish when low in stock
• Practice First in First out policy of garnishing items
• Keep fridge clean & all mi-en-place items fresh
• Capable of working in fast pace & multitask environment
