Job summary

KONE is hiring a Service Operations Excellent Specialist to support digital tools and user adoption in our service operations. You’ll guide users on systems like Salesforce and SAP, participate in UAT and deployments, train staff, and drive process improvements with actionable analytics.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT and Sales to ensure efficient workflows and reliable reporting. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in service operations, process improvement or digital tools.
• Knowledge of end-to-end service processes and workflows is expected.
• Experience with system implementation or digital transformation projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI, dashboards, reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for digital tools and user support.
• Participate in UAT, system testing, and rollout activities.
• Deliver system/process training to users and update materials.
• Identify gaps in processes and propose practical improvements.
• Create and maintain data reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Support month-end activities and ensure data accuracy.
