Job summary

Reeracoen Recruitment in Johor Bahru seeks a capable maintenance technician to support routine servicing, repairs, and fault diagnosis alongside the Manager/Engineer. You will help minimize downtime by promptly completing tasks and maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness.

Minimum SPM/diploma in electrical/electronics/mechanical with 2–3 years of relevant experience and basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge is required. Malay and English language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, servicing, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager/Engineer in general maintenance, servicing, and repair works.
• Ensure all maintenance and service works are carried out in a timely manner to minimize equipment downtime.
• Identify, report, and assist in troubleshooting faults, defects, and other observations.
• Assist the Manager/Engineer/Technician in carrying out servicing and maintenance activities as required.
• Provide support to other departments when required, as directed by the Manager/Assistant Manager/Engineer/Technician.
• Ensure all safety, health, hygiene, and cleanliness practices are properly followed at the workplace.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by Management to ensure the efficient operation of the Company
