Jora Malaysia is seeking a Service Engineer / Technician specializing in chiller and VRF systems to deliver on-site service, commissioning, testing, and handover.
The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration engineering, 2–5 years’ experience, strong diagnostic skills, and willingness to travel.
You will work with customers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient operation and compliance with HSE standards.

Provide pre-sales technical support, including system selection, technical consultation, and review of project specifications.
Perform commissioning, testing, and handover of chiller and VRF systems.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for chiller and VRF systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control system faults.
Perform repair and replacement of chiller and VRF system components.
Conduct system performance assessments and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency, reliability, and energy performance.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, commissioning reports, and other technical documentation.
Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.
Ensure all work complies with company procedures, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Support warranty inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and customer handover.
Maintain service tools, testing instruments, and company assets in good working condition.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in servicing chiller and VRF systems.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC controls, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
Good analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Willing to travel for site support, commissioning, and emergency service calls.
