TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang invites applications for a Service Engineer position open to fresh graduates. The role focuses on setting up vision modules and automation equipment, performing hardware configuration, adjustment, alignment, calibration, and ensuring QA compliance before shipment.

You will also contribute to software configuration, test and debug of vision systems, assembly and wiring, and packing activities for outbound products.

Descriptions of job duties:

Setting up vision modules, automation equipments, jigs and fixtures by performing hardware configuration, adjustment, alignment, fine tuning and calibration.

Setting up vision modules, automation equipments, jigs and fixtures by performing software configuration,calibration, recipe and process program settings.

Test and debug vision modules, automation equipments, jigs and fixtures.

Assure product quality by performing test and check according to QA (Quality Assurance) Protocol before releasing product for shipment.

Involve in assembly and wiring of vision modules, automation equipments, jigs and fixtures.

Involve in cleaning, packing and crating activities for products shipping out from factory.
