Job summary
Plasmax Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Engineer to attend to customers' machinery issues and oversee installation, testing and commissioning of injection molding machines. You will perform servicing, provide technical support and train customers, with local and overseas travel as required.
The role requires a mechanical/electrical/mechatronics background and willingness to travel. Fresh graduates are welcome, and the company offers career advancement and structured development paths.
Qualifications
- Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to travel locally and overseas.
- Must possess own transport (Car).
- Experience in Plastics Industries is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers' machinery issues promptly.
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Carry out servicing and maintenance of injection molding machines.
- Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
- Attend training programs assigned by the company.
- Willing to travel for service and project assignments.
- Prepare basic service reports and documentation.
