Job summary

Yokogawa Electric (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a hands-on engineer to provide after-sales service for DCS, safety, and cybersecurity solutions. You will respond to service calls, perform scheduled maintenance, and participate in commissioning and troubleshooting of DCS systems at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service for Yokogawa's range of products including DCS, Safety, and Cyber Security solutions.
• Attend daily service calls and perform scheduled maintenance under Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Distributed Control System (DCS) at customer sites.
• Support service sales to grow the service business.

• Providing after-sales service for Yokogawa's range of products, such as Distributed Control System (DCS), Safety System and Cyber Security Solutions.
• Attending to daily service calls from customers and performing scheduled maintenance services as per Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Able to handle commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Distributed Control System (DCS) at site.
• Supporting service sales to enhance the service business.
• This position is available in Johor Branch.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ IT.
• Working experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Process Control Instrumentation or DCS system and any related software will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel outstation as and when required.
