Job summary

ONNEC Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead IT infrastructure and data centre services on a key client site in Johor. You will be the main client contact, steering on-site teams and ensuring delivery in line with SLAs and contractual commitments.

The role requires 10+ years in IT infrastructure/data centres and 5+ years in service delivery/operations management, with ITIL and relevant certifications preferred. On-site leadership and strong reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure / data centre experience.
• 5+ years in Service Delivery / Operations Management.
• Experience in ITIL environments.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and SLAs.
• Strong reporting, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client interface for all operational and service delivery matters.
• Manage day-to-day service delivery across data centre and infrastructure environments.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with SLAs, KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Lead, motivate and manage on-site technical teams and supervisors.
• Produce and present monthly operational and financial reports.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements and drive service optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality and operational standards.
• Manage resource planning, staffing levels and service coverage.
• Oversee third-party suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager - Data Centre / IT Infrastructure to lead the delivery of IT infrastructure and data centre services on a key client site in Johor.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing on-site engineering teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for the client. You will drive operational performance, service improvements, and client satisfaction while maintaining strong commercial and compliance oversight.

What we’re looking for in our Service Delivery Manager - Data Centre / IT Infrastructure:
Essential

• 10+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure / data centre environments
• 5+ years’ experience in a Service Delivery / Operations Management role
• Strong experience managing technical teams and service performance
• Experience working within an ITIL environment
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and SLAs
• Strong reporting, analytical, and organisational skills
  

Desirable

• ITIL, Prince2 or BICSI certifications
• Experience in structured cabling / data centre operations
• Experience working with enterprise or hyperscale clients
