Customer Service

• Greet and welcome guests professionally.
• Present menus and provide product recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately through the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Outlet Operations

• Perform daily opening and closing duties.
• Set up dining areas and service stations before operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Refill condiments, cutleries, and service supplies.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory checks.

Teamwork & Compliance

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings when required.
• Support supervisors and managers in daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage.
