Setia City Mall in Shah Alam seeks a customer service oriented team member to welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a smile. You will maintain dining area cleanliness, assist with seating, and ensure tables are properly set for service.

The role requires basic English and Malay, a pleasant personality with strong communication, and availability to work weekends and public holidays. On-site role with halal environment and shift-based hours.

• Welcome guest and assist in seating guest.
• Take orders and serves food and beverage to guests in a friendly and professional manner with appropriate suggestive techniques.
• Handle guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner food preparation.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and serving equipment.
• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete.
• Food preparation in kitchen.

• Basic written and spoken - English and Malay.
• Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work during weekend, public holidays.
