Job summary

Believe Fitness is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer and Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver one-on-one and small-group training, coach members on technique, and guide healthy lifestyle choices.

You will also actively promote memberships, personal training services, and special programs to grow the community. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, collaborate with the team, and uphold a supportive, inclusive gym environment

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, including program design and safe exercise technique.
• Ability to deliver effective Circuit Training sessions and Sports Coaching tailored to different fitness levels.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition principles to support members with practical, health-focused guidance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse range of members.
• Proven sales aptitude, including experience in consultation-based selling, lead follow-up, and membership or service promotion.
• Relevant certifications in personal training, fitness instruction, or sports coaching; CPR/first aid certification is an advantage.
• Experience working in a gym, studio, or wellness environment, ideally in a client-facing or coaching role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to collaborate as part of a team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized one-on-one and small-group training sessions on the gym floor.
• Coach members on safe and effective exercise techniques and design programs.
• Drive membership and personal training sales through consultations, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
• Promote classes, services, and special programs and support events and community initiatives.
