Dynamic Fitness Sdn Bhd is launching Anytime Fitness in Southville, Selangor, seeking a high-energy Membership Consultant to greet members, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service.

You will work with the Club Manager on campaigns, events, and community outreach, while fostering an inclusive member experience and a safe, welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2-years customer service experience in any industry is a plus.
• Fitness Industry Experience is NOT required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Membership Consultant, you are a high energy, pro-active and professional individual who is the “face” of Anytime Fitness to the public and our members. You’re accountable and feel responsible for every aspect of the gym sales, customer service and branding. You are dedicated to relentlessly ensuring all club areas are engaged, performing, and delivering world-class membership experiences. Membership Consultants are dynamic and imaginative and help build exceptional experiences to drive strategy and achieve key results for the business.

Core Responsibilities of The Job

Sales and Customer Service

Assist Club Manager in creating dynamic and diverse marketing and outreach campaigns for member acquisition and brand awareness.

Assist Club Manager to establish targeted campaigns for member acquisition, personal training promotion and group class promotion based on key metrics, statistics and initiatives

Assist Club Manager to promote the club services at events and promotional functions.

Assist Club Manager to ensure that prospects and customers receive exceptional customer service at all levels of club operations.

Member Experience And Community

Support team members (e.g., leading by example or coaching) to ensure a great member experience, including the relentless application of our P.L.E.A.S.E Service Model.

Lead dynamically by example by being visible on the floor to assess, anticipate, and fulfil the needs of the business, team, and members.

Address members’ concerns and emergency requests with a high sense of urgency.

Increase brand awareness and acceptance in the community by cultivating inclusive relationships with partners and community influencers and seeking to engage with diverse community resources and programs.

Working With Others

Retain supportive and productive relationships with all team members in the club.

Encourage and collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal member experience and support all club operations.

Collaborate across clubs on related topics of customer service, operations, and sales/marketing.

Operations

Assist Club Manager to manage whole club performance in accordance with goals (sales, budget, etc.).

Assist in planning and executing quarterly and annual Marketing and Outreach Campaigns

Assist Club Manager to understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Job Requirements

Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the club you are assigned to.

Availability

Willing to work a flexible schedule and one day of the weekend

Other Willingness Requirements

Willing to work as part of a team and can also complete work independently or alone.

Willing to move through a club for most of a shift to help members and accomplish work goals.

Experience

At least 2-years customer service experience in any industry is a plus

Fitness Industry Experience isNOTrequired.

Job Assets (i.e.,nice to have; not required)

Education: High School or Secondary school diploma equivalent, or above.

Experience: 2 years in customer service roles such as retail, hotel, or restaurant or sales-specific experience is a plus.
