Job summary

Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara is seeking a Service Advisor to provide service advice to customers, document vehicle comments, and prepare detailed service orders with data, diagnosis, repair time, and cost scope. The role includes invoicing accuracy and maintaining customer files.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Automotive with at least 2 years in automotive service or customer service, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Automotive Service Line or Customer Service.
• Excellent customer relations skills with pleasant personality.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service advice together with the customer.
• Note and record comments from customers pertaining to vehicles.
• Create complete and detailed orders with vehicle data, diagnosis, estimated Standard Repair Time and work hours, completion date, scope of costs, etc.
• Check and approve the complete and correct invoicing for services.
• Record vehicle data in the customer file.
