Job summary

Sime Darby Auto Bavaria Sdn Bhd - Auto Bavaria Retail is seeking an accomplished professional to ensure WIP closure and timely invoicing, coordinating vehicle collection with payments settled. The role supports the branch’s Net Promoter Score initiatives and follows up on customer surveys.

You will assist in driving technical/recall campaigns, contacting customers supplied by the Principal and ensuring service events are completed according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WIP is completed and invoiced within stipulated time and collect car on time with settlement of payment.
• Assist superior to achieve branch NPS above national average; compile customers for survey sampling.
• Engage and assist superior to drive and execute recalls and campaigns initiated by the Principal.
• Ensure customers provided by the Principal are contacted and attended to per guidelines.

Job description

Ensure the Work In Progress (WIP) is completed and closed (invoiced) within stipulated time as well as to ensure that upon invoicing, the car is collected on time together with settlement of payment and closely follow up on the credit debtors.

Assist superior in ensuring branch achieves the NPS (Net Promoter Score) above national average target. The incumbent is to compile the list of all the customers who service their cars with the branch to follow up on their survey in order to get a sufficient sample for NPS survey.

Engage and assist superior to drive and execute the technical / recall campaign initiated by the Principal.

Responsible to ensure the customers (provided by the Principal) are called to the branch and the car is attended to according to the guidelines given.

Reviewing the customers’ Service and Repair Incentive before its expiry and to call those customers to the branch to carry out a thorough check on their vehicles before being out of warranty in order to promote an extended warranty package or recommend a second purchase.

Education / Professional Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Professional Experience

• 2-3 years’ related working experience.
