Supermicro is seeking a Detail‑oriented Quality Inspector in Kulai, Malaysia to perform rigorous inspections of server components and finished goods. You will document non-conformities, assist with root-cause analysis, and drive CAPA activities across production and engineering teams.

A diploma in a related engineering field and 2+ years of QA experience are preferred. The role requires proficiency in QA documentation, SOPs, and quality tools, with ability to work on the production line and

Qualificações

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of dedicated quality control experience in tech manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with quality tools and SOP documentation is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality control inspections of server components and finished products.
• Identify and report non-conformities with clear communication to production/engineering teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and support CAPA implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate quality records, logs, and test data for traceability and audits.
• Adhere to QA policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines in daily activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and SOPs.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure quality throughout the lifecycle.
