We are seeking a highly analytical SEO & Organic Growth Specialist to own our long-term growth, optimise our e-commerce architecture for conversions, and transform organic traffic into revenue across our regional ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of dedicated experience in SEO, preferably managing e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce/Shopify architectures).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO elements, structured data schema, Google Search Console, GA4, and core web vitals.
• Analytical mindset focused on converting data into revenue.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of organic performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage the complete end-to-end SEO strategy for our premium e-commerce platform and expansion landing pages.
• Lead regular technical SEO audits to optimise crawlability, indexation, site speed, and mobile responsiveness; collaborate with the Web Developer to implement enhancements.
• Conduct deep keyword research and mapping to optimise product pages, category structures, and metadata; align SEO with conversion metrics.
• Develop and execute localised organic search strategies to support regional expansion sites and establish market authority in new territories.
• Actively leverage enterprise SEO tools (Semrush) alongside AI systems to accelerate data analysis, content frameworks, and tracking.
