Maybank seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect, Web3 & Digital Assets to define the future of digital banking architecture across the ASEAN region. You will shape the strategy for tokenized finance, digital custody, programmable payments, and blockchain-enabled services, partnering with regulators and senior leaders to deliver scalable, secure solutions for millions of customers.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Enterprise/ Solution/ Technology Architecture or related disciplines.
Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation in regulated industries.
Strong expertise in blockchain technologies, tokenization, smart contracts, and digital asset infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Define and govern enterprise-wide Web3, blockchain, tokenization, and digital assets architecture strategies.
Lead architecture decisions across digital asset platforms, custody solutions, wallets, and cryptographic controls.
Design and guide integration of digital asset capabilities with core banking, payments, and enterprise platforms.
Evaluate emerging technologies and ecosystem partners; advise build, buy, or partner strategies.
Embed security, compliance, privacy, resilience, and governance into architectural decisions.
Advise senior leadership on tokenized finance, CBDCs, regulated stablecoins, and digital asset innovations.
