Job summary

Ecovantage Biodegradable Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Engineer to support waste treatment project discussions, partner communication, site information collection, and technical proposal preparation.

The candidate should have experience in waste management, landfill operations, recycling, or related environmental projects. The role emphasizes project evaluation support, technical communication, and coordination with partners, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental-related field as listed.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in waste management, environmental treatment, landfill, recycling, wastewater, sludge treatment, biomass, or related industries.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients, partners, consultants, contractors, and management.
• Able to prepare project summaries, technical notes, meeting records, and presentation materials.
• Willing to travel for meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Partner and Project Discussion – engage with waste management companies, landfill operators, consultants and partners.
• Attend meetings and capture requirements, site conditions, and project expectations.
• Review project information such as waste type, volume, moisture, permits, tipping fees, and objectives.
• Prepare technical notes, summaries, and proposal support documents.
