Job summary

Integrated Modern Environmental Control Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Environmental Engineer to ensure compliance with environmental laws and DOE regulations, conduct site assessments, and support wastewater treatment system design and troubleshooting.

You will coordinate monitoring, sampling, and testing, prepare compliance reports, and assist with permits and approvals. The role offers growth and exposure to industrial water treatment and air pollution solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company and project activities comply with environmental laws and DOE regulations
• Conduct site assessments and identify environmental risks for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Support the design and troubleshooting of wastewater and effluent treatment systems
• Coordinate environmental monitoring, sampling, and testing, and prepare compliance reports
• Prepare and manage environmental permits, licenses, and approvals with DOE and other authorities
• Provide environmental input during project design, tendering, and execution
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction and sustainable practices
• Perform other related duties as assigned
