Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Data Analyst to turn complex warehouse data into actionable insights that drive efficiency and performance. You will dive into inbound, inventory, and outbound operations, build dashboards, and automate reports to support data-driven decision making.

You will define key metrics, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on expansion, automation, and capacity planning using SQL, Excel, and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (data analytics, statistics, CS, engineering) or equivalent.
• Strong SQL and Excel for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Python knowledge is a plus for data analysis or automation.
• Minimum 3 years of data analytics experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse settings.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and present actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Establish robust processes to collect, clean, and analyze warehouse data (inbound, inventory, outbound) to generate actionable insights.
• Support warehouse ops, product, and logistics by translating data insights into actionable plans.
• Define key metrics and build monitoring frameworks to track performance, efficiency, and SLA adherence.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies by analyzing trends and systems; provide forward-looking recommendations.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for recurring and ad-hoc analysis across large datasets.
