Job summary

Knight Frank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Senior Manager / Manager to join our Valuation & Advisory team. You will conduct property valuations across asset classes, perform site inspections and deliver valuation reports to clients.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field and at least 5 years' corporate valuation experience. Travel may be required to complete site inspections and client assignments.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in property valuation (corporate).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good understanding of valuation principles and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and gather relevant property and market data.
• Analyse comparable sales, rental evidence and market trends.
• Prepare valuation calculations using methodologies (Comparison, Income Capitalisation, DCF).
• Prepare valuation reports in accordance with standards.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver projects.
• Maintain accurate valuation records and supporting documentation.

About The Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our Valuation & Advisory team. You will be responsible for supporting and executing property valuation assignments across various asset classes, including conducting site inspections, market analysis and preparing valuation reports in accordance with professional standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and gather relevant property and market data.
• Analyse comparable sales, rental evidence and market trends.
• Prepare valuation calculations using appropriate valuation methodologies (Comparison, Income Capitalisation, Discounted Cash Flow, etc.).
• Prepare valuation reports in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams and other stakeholders to obtain information and facilitate project delivery.
• Maintain accurate valuation records and supporting documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in property valuation (corporate).
