Job summary

Knight Frank Services Company Limited is seeking a motivated Valuation & Advisory professional for a Senior Manager/Manager role in Kuala Lumpur. You will support and execute property valuations across asset classes, conduct site inspections, analyze market data and prepare reports to meet professional standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Real Estate or related field and 5 years of corporate valuation experience, with strong Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in property valuation (corporate).
• Experience in valuation methodologies and report preparation.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and gather data.
• Analyse comparable sales, rental evidence and market trends.
• Prepare valuation calculations using methodologies (Comparison, Income Capitalisation, DCF).
• Prepare valuation reports in line with professional standards.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to obtain information and deliver projects.

About The Role

Location: Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our Valuation & Advisory team. You will be responsible for supporting and executing property valuation assignments across various asset classes, including conducting site inspections, market analysis and preparing valuation reports in accordance with professional standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and gather relevant property and market data.
• Analyse comparable sales, rental evidence and market trends.
• Prepare valuation calculations using appropriate valuation methodologies (Comparison, Income Capitalisation, Discounted Cash Flow, etc.).
• Prepare valuation reports in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams and other stakeholders to obtain information and facilitate project delivery.
• Maintain accurate valuation records and supporting documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in property valuation (corporate).
