Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a centre of excellence for asset servicing, is seeking a User Management Officer to join the ISSR team. You will develop and manage the user access framework, coordinate with global teams, and ensure secure onboarding and offboarding across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or Management.
• Experience in User Access Management (UAM), 3–5 years.
• Hands-on experience with user lifecycle management and provision of access rights.
• Experience using ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the user access management framework.
• Design and manage process-driven access solutions to support global operations.
• Manage user accounts, roles and permissions across systems and applications.
• Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding including access provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Develop processes, specifications and guidelines for access management.
• Coordinate with IT, compliance and business stakeholders to implement new solutions.
• Prepare access reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Provide guidance on access best practices to business units.
