Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a diligent Information Security & Access Management professional to join the ISSR team in IOI City, Putrajaya. You will manage user accounts, roles and permissions across multiple systems, ensuring secure onboarding and offboarding and supporting audits.

Working with IT, compliance and business stakeholders, you will develop processes, guidelines and solutions and act as the main contact for access best practices across regions during Malaysia Morning Hours.

The ISSR Department is responsible for strengthening the security of the information system and CACEIS's resilience capabilities, in line with the company’s strategy, client requirements, the regulatory environment, and the framework defined by the CACEIS Group.

You will be joining the team within the ISSR department, which is made up of Information Security & System (ISS), Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and User Access Management (UAM). The UAM team is made up of teams from Malaysia, France, Luxembourg, Germany and Ireland, primarily responsible for the user access rights management in CACEIS.

Working Hours: 9AM – 6PM Malaysia time

What will you do?

• Manage user accounts, roles and permissions across various systems and applications
• Ensure timely and secure onboarding and offboarding of users, including access provisioning and de-provisioning
• Taking care of the continuous further development of the necessary processes, specifications and guidelines
• Implementing new solutions in coordination with IT, compliance and business stakeholders
• Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing relevant access reports and documentation
• Act as the first and main point of contact for business units, providing guidance on access best practices and tailored solutions
• Coordination with application owners and other business stakeholders to manage resolution to issues within access right
• Providing support and coverage for all regions, as part of the global team for queries/requests regardless of their location during the Malaysia Morning Hours
